- Auto-cover: someone no-shows, it suggests and swaps in a replacement
- Staff hours adjusted automatically
Software and AI agents run the repetitive 80% of HR for labor-heavy operators, so you keep about one coordinator instead of a full HR team. You pay only once the return is proven.
Optimized schedules and shift coverage, put together automatically each week.
Clock-in and clock-out through on-site cameras. No app, no buddy-punching.
We implement at no cost. You pay only after you've seen the return.
We take the repetitive people-ops work off your team: scheduling, attendance, cover and payroll prep, run by software and AI agents.
Optimized rotas and shift coverage, put together automatically from your rules, availability and demand.
We install the attendance cameras for clock-in and clock-out. Employees use the app only for schedules, swaps, time off and absences.
Someone doesn't turn up, it suggests a replacement and swaps them in, so the shift is covered without the scramble.
Attendance flows into payroll prep, overtime and adjustments, with fewer errors and less month-end chasing.
A back-of-the-envelope read on whether there's enough people-ops volume to justify the software. In the diagnosis we validate it with your real numbers.
You tell us where HR and scheduling snag. We listen and see if there's people-ops work worth automating.
We map the HR tasks, systems and data, and put an estimated return on the table.
We build and ship the first module. You run it on your real rotas and attendance, risk-free.
If the return is clear, we agree the model and keep going. If it isn't, you owe nothing.
No account managers between you and the build. Whoever pitches is whoever implements.
No advances, no retainers, no lock-in. Installation is paid only after the two-month trial.
The three founders do the work themselves, end to end. No account managers, no handoffs.
We don't bill by the hour. We build systems that remove the work.
If the return isn't clear, we say so and stop, at no cost to you.

We work directly with operators. The product is whatever measurably reduces their manual work.

Reapton automates repetitive HR work for shift teams: scheduling, attendance, shift swaps, absences, time off and payroll prep. Your HR coordinator still handles the human decisions; the system takes the repeated admin off their plate.
Setup takes up to two weeks. We handle the full process: sourcing and buying the attendance cameras, installing them on-site, connecting them to the system, configuring your scheduling rules and testing everything before it goes live.
There is no upfront risk. After the two-month trial, installation can be paid in one go or spread through the subscription over the first three months. You choose whichever option fits best.
No. The system is built for GDPR-compliant attendance management. Cameras only confirm attendance events, such as clock-in and clock-out. They do not record continuous footage, do not monitor productivity or behavior, and visual data used to confirm attendance is deleted daily.
The app is intentionally simple: employees can see their schedule, request shift swaps, ask for time off and submit absence requests. In Portugal, this can include absence justifications and documents. In other markets, the flow is adapted to local rules, especially around sickness and medical privacy.
Yes. Approved hours, absences and schedule changes connect with payroll, so your team spends less time retyping data and fixing errors before payroll review.
The person who remains responsible for HR checks everything before it becomes final. The system prepares hours, flags exceptions and removes repetitive work, but payroll, absences and sensitive decisions still have human review.
No risk, no difficult questions. You test it for two months; if it does not fit your operation, you do not continue. First we prove the value, then you decide.
Run the full product on your own floor. You only pay once it's proven.
